I can’t express how much my husband and I enjoyed working with Ann Marie. We had our condo on the market for 2 days and had 7 offers all over asking price. From the first initial meeting she walked us through their plan on how to market and sell our condo effectively. She did not disappoint. Hands down, Lindsey Williams is the most responsive and engaged realtor I’ve worked with. My home sold 3 days after listing, in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. She listened to what I wanted in terms of asking price and photos and ran with it. She gave good advice during the negotiation process and I walked away with more money in my pocket than expected. Lindsey is great, half of the time I was working with her from Califronia as I was in the process of moving back to Chicago. I showed her some places I'd like to see and she also contributed on places I may like. Looking at condominiums in the city was an adventure! We put an offer and got accepted the same day.
